A dual seal without its support system is half the job. We design and supply the complete plan: barrier fluid vessels, accumulators, heat exchangers, cyclone separators, instrumentation, base frame, piping, valves and fittings — fully assembled and tested.
External reservoir delivering nitrogen-pressurised barrier fluid for dual seals. Includes Style 300 / 300-API vessel, optional cooling coil, level transmitter, pressure switch/transmitter, optional recirculation pump, base frame, piping, valves and fittings. Unpressurised version serves Plan 52.
For high pressure: pressurisation via a nitrogen-charged bladder accumulator. Includes API 682 accumulator, pressure gauge and switch/transmitter, temperature gauge, manual recharge pump and water- (342), air-cooled (343) or finned-tube heat exchanger.
For fluctuating pressure: pressurised through a reference line from the seal chamber and an API 682 piston intensifier. Includes pressure, level/piston position, differential pressure and temperature indicators plus heat exchanger.
Leakage from the seal faces is directed to a liquid collection system. A vessel with a high level alarm is provided to detect excessive leakage, so a seal failure is spotted before it becomes an unplanned shutdown.
Stainless steel barrier fluid vessel for Plan 52 and 53, built to ASME and PED, with borosilicate glass level sight and stainless safety valve. Customisable with recharge unit and cooling coil. Also available to API 682.
Barrier fluid vessel in synthetic plastic: extremely economical and able to cover the vast majority of non-API applications. Available with internal magnetic pump, quick connectors, gauge, level indicator, thermometer and safety valve.
Water-cooled heat exchanger, customisable in transfer area, pressure and cooling capacity. Supplied stand-alone or integrated in a fully assembled API Plan 21, 22, 23 or 41.
Cyclone separator automatically returning process fluid contaminants to the pump suction. Internal wear parts in silicon carbide for maximum abrasion resistance. Stand-alone or within an API Plan 31 or 41.
